The hotel is wonderfully located, near the main shopping area and the station, making it convenient for city exploration. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds and a clean bathroom. The service staff is extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist. However, for business travelers needing a reliable internet connection, only the foyer area provided a good signal. The dining experience, while complete with variety, could be more impressive. Overall, a great value for a 3-star hotel with good facilities.

Unfortunately, my room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time, and I had to wait for 30 minutes without any courtesy gesture like offering a glass of water.
